- Trvanie: 210 Minút (cca.)
- Poloha: Samford Valley, Queensland
Green Thumb Farm is a community-driven, not-for-profit farm dedicated to growing food, sustainability, and composting. It welcomes visitors of all ages and abilities, including school children and people with disabilities, to learn hands-on skills in regenerative farming.
The Corporate Volunteering Day offers teams the chance to step away from the office, work together in a natural setting, and contribute to a healthier food system.
From 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, participants will help with garden maintenance, harvesting, planting, bed preparation, and seed sowing for school garden packs. A delicious morning tea provided with a delicious selection showcasing locally grown and native foods.
This experience allows teams to:
- Support a not-for-profit farm dedicated to sustainable agriculture.
- Learn regenerative farming practices and how small actions create big change.
- Build teamwork and connection in a meaningful, hands-on way.
- Demonstrate corporate social responsibility and environmental commitment.
