Set in the peaceful Samford Valley, just 35 minutes from Brisbane, Green Thumb Farm is a small community farm where food and herbs are grown in harmony with the seasons. Surrounded by mountains and fresh country air, this is a place to slow down and reconnect with nature.

Your experience begins with a gentle walk through the farm. Wander through our mandala garden, explore the food forest, visit the bees, and take in the colours and fragrances of our herb and flower gardens. Along the way, you’ll learn how we grow using regenerative practices, care for our soil, and work with the rhythms of the subtropical climate.

Then, we gather. Together, you’ll harvest a selection of fresh, aromatic herbs — including seasonal and native Australian varieties — and learn how they can be combined to create beautiful, balanced tea infusions.

In our shaded outdoor space, we’ll prepare a selection of herbal teas as a group, each one highlighting different flavours, aromas, and plant qualities. You’ll have the opportunity to taste, compare, and discover the unique character of each blend.

Settle in with your tea, something sweet, and the quiet beauty of the farm. This is a moment to pause, breathe deeply, and enjoy the connection between plants, people, and place.
