How to Book:
• In the “Session” field, select 1. This package covers 1 session with up to 25 participants.
• If you want to book 2 sessions for the same date, select 1 in the field "Additional session".
• If you have more than 25 students in either session, enter the extra number in the “Additional Stidents” field.
• Each additional student costs $15, with a maximum of 30 students per session.
Once you submit your booking, your date is confirmed.
Payment Information:
No payment is required at this step. Based on the number of participants informed, we will issue an invoice and send it to you via email for payment before the incursion.
Cancellation Policy
Our school programs cancellation policy requires schools to provide written notice of cancellation at least 14 days before the scheduled date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 to 13 days prior to the program will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date. Exceptions to this policy may be considered in unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of the administration. Green Thumb Farm reserves the right to cancel a program, in which case a full refund will be provided.
