Through hands-on experiences, children are encouraged to explore nature play, tend to their Little Green Thumbs garden, and understanding how food is grown. The joy of exploration and creativity comes alive as toddlers and preschoolers delve into both the art of gardening and nature crafts. 


Term 2 runs for 8 weeks, every Tuesday from 9.30am - 11am. 

Dates: 22 April to 10 June


Places are limited so you will need to register to attend. Please note you will need to make one booking for each date you plan to attend during the term.

The program is offered free to families. 

Green Thumb Farm is an educational community farm, registered as a charity with the ACNC. We warmly invite families who participate to contribute toward the Farm's operational costs, by joining our Friends of the Green Thumb Farm program for a small annual contribution of just $33 per family. Click here to join Friends of the Green Thumb Farm. 


What to bring: 

  • Please wear closed shoes
  • A hat, water bottle & sunscreen
  • Snacks for before or after the session


Parking:

Free onsite parking. Take the turn off from Mt Samson Rd, into Green Thumb Farm. Take the first turn to the left which leads you past a little red building  and there you will see the parking area.
